Home Manuals and Intro English Manuals Total War 2 - Gaming System

Thank you for choosing Tokuno Wind TOTAL WAR 2.

Here is a short guide to Total War 2 Gaming System.

Total War 2 is the new device for Total War Gaming System. It has all the features of the oldest versions plus many more new ones, and allows you to play Total War either with your usual Combat System (C:SI, DCS2, CCS, ecc.) or with the new integrated Total War combat system.

Total War 2 works with every kind of weapon, so you don't need to buy any specific sword, the ones you already own are good for play!

Let's start:

In the box you received you will find the two parts of Total War 2  (TW2 and TW2-HUD), the first thing you have to do is wear both of them.

---TW2-HUD---

Total War-HUD is what gives you full access to Total War Game.
On top of the HUD you can choose the Language you prefer from English, Japanese or Italian: just click the flag.

On the left side you can see you personal information: your position in the General Ranking, how many Points you have gained and how many Total War Cards you have collected.

The Red Bar in the rounded part of the Hud shows your Life Status, when the bar is empty you are dead, you will receive a message, a Black Skull appears in the HUD and a death timer starts: during this time you can't fight nor move.
The Yellow Bar shows your Stamina. You will use Stamina while fighting, when the Stamina level goes under the red sector it blinks and your hits will be less effective.
Getting some rest (stop fighting and being hit) your Life and your Stamina wil slowly recover.

Click the WORLD button to start play!
In the WORLD Menu you can choose:

-War Map
this will open the map where all the clan's structures and Enemy NPC spots are signed.Click any icon to have
informations and a direct teleport for the spot.

-My Profile
this button opens your profile page, where you can see your points, your kills, your statistics and the Total War
Cards you gained by killing Enemy NPC.

-Ranking
this will open the ranking page where you can see the top 10 players, clans and Total War Cards collectors.

- My Clan
this button will open the web page of your clan, with all the clan info, like wars, alliance, members, ecc.

-Hunter Guide
this opens the hunter guide page, where you can see Enemy NPC Cards and any information about the known
monsters. If a Card shows a "?" this means that nobody has killed that enemy yet, do you want to be the first one?
If you will be able, your name will be written in the Enemy NPC description! Start hunting!

-  Scenarios
this button will open the scenario selection web page, where you can select the scenario map you want to check.

- Password
This will reset your personal password for www.tokunowind.com. As you confirm this command you will receive an
in-game instant message with a new randomly created password. With this you can enter www.tokunowind.com
and set your new password.

-Connection Button-

When the button is green your TW2 system is correctly connected to Total War network.
If the button is red your TW2 system is not connected to Total War network, click it to try reconnect.

- Colour button-
when you click this button a menu will ask you what color your clan tag must be.

-Info button-
When you click this button you will receive this notecard.

-PvP Button-

PvP button works to activate the Total War integrated Combat System, that allows you to fight against other players.

If you want to play Total War with your usual Combat System, simply wear the two components of Total War 2 AND your Combat System, and keep this option off (Red).

If you do not have a combat System or you want to use Total War Combat System press the PvP button to activate it (green).
You can choose between 3 different combat styles by clicking on the Style button (the one active at the moment is the green one):
C:SI : your sword will work like C:SI swords (N.B. it will not become C:SI compatible if it's not!).
MiX : your sword will work like a DCS2 sword but you can also parry the hits by pressing PageDown key.
DCS: your sword will work like a DCS2 sword.

When PvP is on you can also suffer and make damage by bows and arrows. (Total War 2 is compatible with almost every Bow). Be careful that if you kill a player with bow and arrows and your PvP option is Off, you will not get any points and you'll be reported as Cheater (that means you can be banned from Total War Game.)
N.B. Enemy NPC cannot be damaged by arrows.

--TW2--

When you wear the TW2 you will see a tag on your head and the general condition of your Life Status.
The tag shows your clan, your alliance and your clan tile. If it's the first time you wear the TWBS, your tag will be "Errant Fighter". As soon as you join or create a Clan this will change.

--Damage On / Damage Off Command--

When you fight (against players in PvP mode or against Enemy NPC) the damage you make changes according to the distance between you and your target: if you are too close or too far from it the damage you make will be reduced.
If you want to check the power of your hits you just have to say in Local Chat: Damage on , and your TW2 will tell you the damage amount of every hit you make.
To stop it just say in Local Chat: Damage off .
